Harringtons Organic Land Care certified Soil Food Web Laboratory offers chemistry biological soil testing which evaluates the levels of nutrients in your soil. You receive organic recommendations which when followed help rebuild and revitalize the health of your soil making your lawn more resistant to drought, insects, diseases, and weeds.
1. Soil samples are taken in four places around your yard to give an accurate reading of your soil’s nutrient composition. Nutrients are essential to lawn and plant growth, any deficiencies in any one nutrient can limit overall performance. Creating a balanced soil chemistry allows for proper aeration, drainage and provides an ideal environment for beneficial soil biology and growth.

We provide a price quote for us to provide these additional amendment recommendations for you. It is easy to schedule these additional services along with your Plant Healthcare or Lawn Care Program. We recommend soil testing your property once every three years to maintain optimum growing conditions.

Soil Biology Testing

Our lab uses the Soil Foodweb methods developed by Dr. Elaine Ingham.
