Refund Policy:
All sales of services, physical products, and equipment are final and non-refundable. Once payment has been made for a product or equipment, we cannot issue any refunds. This is because we cannot resell the item as new once it has been used. As for our services, if the job has already been done or a technician visits your property you are not entitled to a refund. For scheduled services please read the end of this policy.
Returns Policy:
Please note that all sales of physical products and equipment are final and non-refundable. We cannot accept any returns or issue any refunds, except in the case of defective or damaged products or equipment due to shipping. If you receive a defective or damaged product or equipment, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us within 24 hours of receipt to discuss your concerns. We will make every effort to address your concerns and find a resolution that meets your needs.

Exceptions:
In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule a consultation due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will offer the option to reschedule at no additional cost to you.
